Our Business Model

The core competency of Nanotherapeutics is development of novel delivery systems and the cGMP manufacture of resulting formulations. We have considerable expertise in the application of our proprietary delivery technologies to a range of compounds and materials for potential therapeutic benefit. Our strategy going forward is designed to exploit these capabilities through government partnerships, in collaboration with established companies and in the creation of the Company's own internal pipeline.

We retain manufacturing rights for dosage forms for our partners. We believe many aspects of our technologies are not readily reproduced, and they impart unique properties to drugs that cannot be matched by any other currently available process.  In addition, we have been successful in obtaining non-dilutive government contracts and grants (over $55 million to date) for the early-stage development of products having potential of more than one indication for use. These funds are used for preclinical to clinical development, which would otherwise require investor funds. In addition, these non-dilutive funds have allowed us to build our manufacturing infrastructure.
