IT Intern

Helpdesk Support including, but not limited to:

  • AD Management (account creation, password resets, account unlocks)
  • Network connectivity troubleshooting
  • MS Office troubleshooting
  • Relocating workstations
  • Online meeting assistance and troubleshooting
  • Google Apps for work troubleshooting and administration
  • Troubleshoot email issues (Outlook, Android, iDevices, webmail)
  • Accessory troubleshooting and issuance
  • Documenting steps taken in tier 1 helpdesk before progressing to tier 2
  • Maintaining organizational chart (requires basic knowledge of MS Visio)
  • Authoring minor purchase requisitions
  • Provide IT Engineers with project support

Minimum Educational Requirements:

  • Some High School
  • MS / CompTIA certifications highly desirable

This position will be based in Alachua, FL.
